Job scope

We are a 90 years old foreign company specialized in equipment for oil and gas sector. Our headquarter is currently located in Europe and we are currently operating in China from our Shanghai office.

We currently work and distribute our products from local Chinese agents on different market . We aim to growth quickly in China. A foreign manager is currently handling technical, sales and marketing on behalf of the company. We are currently looking for a part time assistant/intern to support him in its prospection task.

Hence, we are looking for a local Chinese assistant/intern to work with him closely. This first part time job may be transformed in full time job depending on the performance of the recruited people and the need of the company.

Job responsibilities:

- Operate researches on Chinese website to identify new prospect and new companies operating in our sector
- Perform cold calling to prospect to pre-qualify them and possibly get appointment to introduce our products (you will get directions from French Manager to help you)
- Translate marketing tools such as Powerpoint presentation and brochure in Chinese
- Being interpreter in case of presentation at prospect’s location (occasional business trip may occur)
- Eventually operate sourcing to supplier
- Any other tasks assigned by manager

Profile

More than a people with diploma, we are first looking for a character and a people with personality. Here are the criteria we will look for first:

- Self starter character and able to take initiative
- Curious people: able to ask question and find out by him/herself by searching answer when don’t understand or don’t know something
- Pro efficient in using Windows, Powerpoint, Excel, Word
- Energetic and dynamic character, a winning purpose.
- Self motivated person
- People able to listen and follow instruction given by manager.
- Native Chinese speaker + English fluent mandatory, French is a plus

Salary: We are currently looking for an intern part time job (2 days a week, ideally Tuesday and Thursday) or full time.
