法国苏伊士集团固废业务招募资源管理实习生

                                                                     Job Description

JOB PURPOSE
It is now urgent to reduce the climate change and keep the trajectory of 1.5degC temperature increase as recommended by the IPCC. SUEZ engaged in:
•Reducing CO2 emissions by 45% by 2030
•Avoid industrials clients and cities 20Mtons/CO2 per year in 2030
•Propose solutions to our clients that are 100% sustainable by 2030 (neutral in CO2, water and biodiversity)

In this context SUEZ NWS Asia is looking for an Resources Management Engineer to develop the methodology and tools to assess the carbon and water footprint of our plants and to define the strategy to improve.

The mission will include frequent site visits and discussions with experts and operational people.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIEES – FINANCIAL
Assess the improvement opportunities in the region. The business lines have about 14 plants in operations. The resources management strategy should be able to reduce carbon footprint but also achieve considerable savings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Transversal management with colleagues and peers.
Coordination with suppliers and contractors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – FUNCTIONAL/OPERATIONAL 
Define the methodology and tools.
Analyze the gap and define a SMART strategy for resources management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – CLIENTS (INTERNAL & EXTERNAL) RELATIONSHIP
Clients will be mainly our plants in joint-ventures and the business unit.

JOB REQUIREMENT
Master’s degree in energy / process / heat and mass transfer
Previous experience in factory environment is nice. Know about carbon footprint calculations and improvement plans. IT tools.
