They will gain experience while working at the site: in the polystyrene production and in the maintenance department. •They will report functionally to the Total Petrochemicals HSE department. •They will receive 3 months of additional specific HSE training in the headquarters of Total Petrochemicals Brussels (probably 3 x 1 month spread over the period); •They will have to conduct site oriented HSE tasks (e.g. setting up a training module for product safety, writing safety procedures, participating in safety inspections, etc.) during their period in Foshan •Afterwards, the candidates will be offered a position in a HSE department of a new project or in a large plant.
