Responsibilities
- Able to work at least 3 days/week, at least 6 months internship from December 2013

- Receive and screen visitors, systematically prepare welcome messages, do safety briefing and accompany visitors to meeting rooms;
- Answer and screen incoming telephone calls;
- Organize outgoing and incoming couriers, posts, newspapers, consolidate and forward bills;
- Place purchasing orders, using negotiated contracts, for office daily supplies, stationery, newspapers, etc.;
- Liaison with office building management , maintain office fix assets and appliance repairing issues;
- Data input to supplier database per request;
- Maintain IPO phone list and list of other affiliates;
- Staff name card printing, documents filing;
- Liaise with TCI and TLC for administrative matters;
- Other administration and HSE supports to admin supervisor;
Requirement
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in business administration
- Language: Native Chinese speaker, fluent in English
- Skills: Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications, and Outlook preferable
- Other: Communications & Collaboration – ability to develop positive relationships with relevant internal stakeholders, establishing trust and productive relationships both internally and externally. Identify issues and escalate in a timely and effective fashion; operate as part of a global team.
