11月4日傍晚，我校校党委书记周家伦与法国生态、可持续发展、交通与住房部部长Nathalie Kosciusko-Morizet在海伦宾馆亲切会面。

周家伦书记赞赏该部属下两所高校（即“国立桥路学校”和“国立公共工程学校”）与我校多年来那个卓有成效的教育与科研合作，并感谢该部对我校“卓越计划”的长期关注与大力支持。Kosciusko-Morizet部长表示将继续支持属下两校与我校的合作，感谢同济大学为落实中法两国政府（中国建设部和法国生态、可持续发展、交通与住房部）于2007年签署的协议而连续四年主办“中法可持续发展城市交通系统论坛”，并表示为我校“中法工程师学院”项目的成功寄予厚望。

之后，在200余名中法政要和贵宾的见证下，周家伦书记与Nathalie Kosciusko-Morizet部长共同签署了“关于同济大学可持续发展工程师学院项目”合作意向书。

The intention letter on the Project of Sino-French Engineering School signed by Tongji University and French Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development, Transportation and Housing

In the evening of 4th November, Professor ZHOU Jailun, President of University Council of Tongji University met Mrs. Nathalie Kosciusko-Morizet, Minister of Ecology, Sustainable Development, Transportation and Housing of the Republic of France during her official visit in Shanghai, both two said highly of the existant Sino-French cooperation between Tongji and the Ministry, especially the educational copperation with its two affiliate schools (Ecole des Ponts ParisTech and ENTPE) and the annual Forum THNS.

After the meeting, Prof. ZHOU and Kosciusko-Morizet signed the intention letter on the Project of Sino-French Engineering School of Tongji University in the domain of sustainable development.
